The Planning and Monitoring Committee in an engineering college is central to strategic planning, resource allocation, and fostering continuous institutional improvement. • Planning for the enhancement of the Institute's infrastructure, including the modernization of laboratories, boosting Research & Development (R&D) efforts, and improving Institute-Industry Interaction.
• Planning and supervising various department-level activities, such as organizing symposiums, Guest Lectures, workshops, and both National and International Conferences.
• Monitoring the performance of students in academics, as well as the progress of their training and placement activities.
• Planning and overseeing the professional development of the faculty.
